13971 – Senior IT Project Manager, Gas Infrastructure (onsite) – Houston, TX

Start Date : ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Houston, TX (required);
• Experience leading and coordinating technology projects with business partners to deliver capabilities to Gas Infrastructure Field Operations (5+ years).
• Experience with Upstream Field Operations and business process expertise.
• Experience conducting complex operational analyses and leading medium to large project teams that support informed decision-making within the business unit.

Preferred:
• Experience in an oil and gas E&P company
• PMP Certification.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities :
• Define business workflows and establish performance benchmarks for project requirements.
• Oversees a variety of large-scale projects of high complexity
• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
• Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes
• Identifies issues and challenges, measures and validates results, and implements solutions
• Provides expert information to internal and external clients on complex issues
• Creates and communicates presentation materials for report out and updates with various levels of internal and external stakeholders
