The ideal candidate will have prior experience in FMCG sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure proper execution of trade marketing activities and promotions. Maintain accurate records ofsales and market feedback. Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods. Requirements: Minimum 3 years ofsales experience in the FMCG sector. Strong knowledge of the Delhi market and its distribution network. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonalskills. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
