• Develop and execute developmentally suitable activities and lessons tailored for toddlers' growth and development
• Establish a secure and supportive environment that fosters toddlers' learning and development
• Monitor and evaluate each child's progress and development, maintaining regular communication with parents/guardians
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and engaging curriculum
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and developmental milestones for each toddler

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with toddlers in a daycare or preschool setting
• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for toddlers

We are a play-based Center that focuses on providing a safe and healthy environment for children 18 months-5 years old to learn and grow throughout their day. We are currently running with four open classrooms but we hope to open other classrooms when we have more quality staff that we can trust.
