Job Title: Encompass Analyst

Location: Onsite Stamford, CT (Local Candidates Preferred)

Type: Contract (W2/C2C Long Term)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Encompass Analyst to support our client's lending operations in Stamford, CT . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Ellie Mae Encompass , mortgage workflows, and system configuration. This is a fully onsite role , and local candidates are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Ellie Mae Encompass LOS platform based on business needs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design system enhancements
• Create and manage business rules, input forms, print forms, workflows, user roles, and personas
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and user support tickets
• Develop and maintain documentation of configuration changes and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies through appropriate system controls
• Participate in testing and deployment of system updates and new features
• Train and support end-users on Encompass functionality and best practices

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as an Encompass LOS Analyst or Administrator
• Strong knowledge of Ellie Mae Encompass 360 , including customization, automation, and administration
• Hands-on experience with business rules , custom forms , plugins , Persona Management , and Workflow Configuration
• Understanding of loan origination process for retail, wholesale, or correspondent channels
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Encompass Administrator Certification
• Prior experience with mortgage banking or lending operations
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data mapping within Encompass
• Experience working in a compliance-driven environment
